Dreamforce 2025 kicked off in San Francisco last week, bringing innovation, inspiration and the biggest leaders in the industry to the heart of the city. With Salesforce hosting 500+ sessions for an incredible 50,000 in-person attendees, and millions more tuning in online via Salesforce+, Dreamforce is the world’s largest AI event to date. The iMMERSIVE team was very excited to be there and witness the latest innovation live from San Francisco.
This year saw revolutionary updates to Agentforce and Data Cloud, as well as an entirely new offering – Agentforce Vibes. Dreamforce 2025’s central theme was the rise of the Agentic Enterprise, a vision for the future where humans and AI agents work side by side to drive intelligent, outcome-based collaboration.
The Main Event: Agentforce 360
Agentforce 360 is a revolutionary new tool that brings together Sales Cloud, Marketing Cloud, Commerce, Slack, Tableau and Mulesoft as one agentic superpower.
Salesforce’s Agentforce 360 Platform redefines how AI agents work alongside humans by combining reasoning, action, and collaboration. Connecting humans, agents, and data in one trusted system. Agentforce 360 brings powerful tools like Agentforce Builder, a conversational workspace where teams can design, test, and deploy agents without manual setup.
Another major new development is Agentforce Voice, which turns traditional IVR systems into fluid, human conversations that reflect a company’s brand. The platform blends hybrid reasoning using deterministic logic with the creativity of LLMs through its Atlas Reasoning Engine and new Agent Script language. These features ensure agents can reason intelligently, act consistently, and stay within defined business rules while maintaining full auditability and compliance.
The platform supports major LLMs like OpenAI, Anthropic, and Google Gemini, giving organisations flexibility and choice. With real-time debugging, live simulations, and multimodal data integration, Agentforce 360 offers a new era of observability, transparency, and enterprise-grade governance, with deterministic logic, context controls, and full auditability ensuring that AI agents remain compliant and trustworthy.

Data 360
Dreamforce 2025 also introduced ‘Data 360’, formally known as Data Cloud, as the new intelligence layer for the entire agentic platform.
New and enhanced features, including Tableau Semantics and Intelligent Context, now enable customers to transform how their agents work with unstructured data, moving them closer to agentic workflows even when dealing with data sets of varying cleanliness.
Data 360 was launched globally this week, and continued innovation will be arriving over the following months in beta and pilot forms.
Agentforce Vibes
The debut of Agentforce Vibes marks a new era of AI-powered development. This Salesforce-tailored IDE plug-in allows developers to build, debug, test and deploy apps and agents using conversational prompts in plain text. Accelerating productivity and freeing developers to focus on complex problem-solving.
Also unveiled was Vibe Codey, a new AI-powered coding partner that supports both low-code and pro-code development across multiple interfaces, helping teams deliver smarter solutions faster.

Slack
Slack was repositioned as the “Agentic Operating System”, the central hub where teams, data, and AI agents converge to streamline cross-functional collaboration.
Beyond this, Slackbot received major upgrades, gaining the ability to generate summaries, manage project updates, and connect seamlessly with other business apps.
Agentforce Voice
Agentforce Voice was another standout, transforming contact centres with AI-driven, conversational engagement. Powered by Salesforce’s natural language and reasoning models, it replaces static IVR menus with dynamic, intent-aware dialogue.
For industries like hospitality, travel and leisure—where fast, personalised service is essential—Agentforce Voice offers a scalable way to deliver better experiences while reducing call volumes and costs.
Mulesoft
MuleSoft announced it had expanded its power agentic workflows through two key innovations: Agent Brokers and MuleSoft Fabric.
- MuleSoft Agent Brokers coordinate multiple single-purpose AI agents to handle complex, multi-step processes, distributing tasks intelligently for greater speed and precision.
- MuleSoft Fabric provides a unified orchestration layer, enabling secure, compliant collaboration between agents—whether built in Salesforce or elsewhere.
Together, these updates mean faster integrations, stronger governance, and seamless collaboration across connected systems and data sources.
