iMMERSIVE at Agentforce World Tour London 2025

On Wednesday 4th December, Team iMMERSIVE spent an incredible day at Salesforce’s Agentforce World Tour London. As the sole SI Groundbreaker Sponsor, we once again leaned in to support Salesforce at one of its most important UKI events, helping customers understand the latest innovations transforming businesses.

Throughout the day, hundreds of Trailblazers sought us out across our booth, theatre session and Agentforce VIP After Party. From strategic AI conversations to hands-on problem solving, it was clear that organisations are actively looking for trusted experts to help them gain greater value from their investment in Salesforce and turn Agentforce into measurable value.

Over 4,000 attendees came together at ExCeL London to explore the latest in AI innovation and customer experience. The morning keynote set a clear direction for the day, focusing on how the agentic era is reshaping the way organisations combine human expertise with autonomous digital agents to deliver exceptional outcomes for customers and employees alike.

 

Insights from the Main Stage

The morning keynote delivered one powerful message: this is the era of the Agentic Enterprise. Led by Zahra Bahrololoumi, alongside Carmina Lees, Claudia Niholls, Tom White, Jocelyn Zanasi and Ansar Ahmed, the session brought agentic AI to life through live demos across multiple industries. Showing how businesses can scale AI-driven agents to transform service, operations and customer experiences. It was a dynamic start to a day filled with innovation.

 

Our Theatre Session: One Year of Agentforce Learnings

 

 

In the afternoon, our own theatre session became a key destination for attendees looking for real-world AI insight. Abi Chan (CRO) and Simon Clarke (Head of AI and Accelerators) drew from their 12-months experience working with customers to deliver a packed-out session Agentforce Learnings – One Year On: Wows, Wins and Wisdom.

They walked through what truly drives success when scaling digital agents, breaking down lessons that go beyond proof of concept and into measurable business value. Attendees gained real-world examples, practical takeaways and guidance on how to turn AI ambition into long-term value for both customers and employees.

Trailblazing at the iMMERSIVE Booth

From the moment the doors opened, our booth was buzzing with activity. Hundreds of Trailblazers stopped by to share their challenges, aspirations and explored how our portfolio of industry accelerators ‘Catalyst™’ can make adopting Salesforce and Agentforce easier, faster and more cost effective.

AI was firmly at the centre of almost every conversation. Many attendees came specifically to speak with the iMMERSIVE team because of our deep expertise in agentic AI, looking for practical guidance on proactive, autonomous agents and how to scale them with confidence.

We were also delighted to welcome Salesforce UKI CEO Zahra Bahrololoumi and her leadership team, who spent time with us discussing exciting plans for how Salesforce and iMMERSIVE can continue to help customers become truly Agentic Enterprises in 2026.

New connections, meaningful conversations and hands-on problem solving defined the day, leaving a strong sense of momentum for what comes next.

 

Customer showcase: Sunbelt Rentals

We were especially proud to see our customer, Sunbelt Rentals, take to the stage in the session Meet Your Client Experience Program for Built Environment. The session showcased how Sunbelt is transforming operations, unlocking efficiencies and fuelling growth through Salesforce and Agentforce.

Seeing this work highlighted on the World Tour stage was a powerful moment, particularly as iMMERSIVE is the partner helping bring that transformation to life. Congratulations to the whole Sunbelt team on all you’ve achieved so far – we’re so excited to be part of your journey!

 

Bringing the Ecosystem Together: The Agentforce VIP After Party

To close out the day, we hosted the Agentforce VIP After Party with Salesforce, bringing together customers, partners and Salesforce leaders from across the ecosystem. The event provided the perfect setting to continue conversations, reflect on the day and strengthen relationships.

We were once again joined by Salesforce UKI CEO Zahra Bahrololoumi and her leadership team, who stayed throughout the evening to share insight with customers and partners and celebrate a highly successful Agentforce World Tour London.
