On Thursday 12th March, Salesforce brought together hundreds of marketing, sales and service leaders at the Hilton London Metropole for Salesforce Summit London 2026. One venue, three specialised Summits, and a full day of innovation. As headline sponsor, iMMERSIVE was proud to be part of it once again.
The day was packed with sessions, live demos and real-world insight that made one thing abundantly clear: the agentic era is not coming, it is already here. Across Marketing, Sales and Service, organisations are actively deploying AI agents alongside their teams, and the results are tangible.
Here is a look at the standout themes from each track.
Marketing: From Static Campaigns to Agentic Experiences
The Marketing Summit centred on a single, urgent idea: the mandate for the modern marketer has fundamentally changed. AI is no longer a bolt-on tool. It is the new foundation for how brands engage customers at scale.
The opening keynote, The New Marketing Blueprint: AI-Powered, Scaled, and Conversational, set the tone immediately. With Agentforce Marketing handling the heavy lifting of orchestration, customer touchpoints are being transformed into dynamic, two-way conversations, moving from mass broadcast to genuine 1:1 interaction.
Data was a recurring thread throughout the day. Marketing teams have more data than ever, yet fragmented systems continue to slow execution. Data 360 and Marketing Cloud together create a unified context that enables humans and agents to act on live customer intent in real time, dramatically reducing the gap between insight and action.
A standout theme was the idea that marketing is no longer a department, it is every interaction. When a customer moves from a campaign touchpoint to a service query, that journey must feel seamless. Sessions explored how Agentforce and Data 360 eliminate that friction, protecting attribution and revenue in the process.
On demand generation, Agentic Demand Gen: From Lead to Pipeline at Scale made a compelling case for what is now possible. AI agents sourcing and nurturing leads 24/7, qualifying buyers instantly and handing off sales-ready pipeline with full context. The kind of scale that would previously have required dramatically more headcount.
The day also explored the path to marketing maturity, helping organisations understand which AI capabilities to prioritise and when, from generative tools through to fully autonomous agents. A practical and timely framework for teams at any stage of the journey.
Sales: The Agentic Sales Cycle Is Here
The Sales Summit was arguably the most energetic track of the day. The keynote, The Agentic Sales Cycle, showed how AI agents and human reps can work together at every step of the sales cycle, multiplying team capacity and elevating seller performance without replacing the human element that drives great sales.
Crucially, the use cases on show were not hypothetical. 24/7 lead engagement, automated prospecting, conversation insights, recommended next steps and data-driven sales planning are all generally available today. It was particularly encouraging to see a number of iMMERSIVE customers already putting these capabilities to work.
Agentic prospecting was a strong theme across multiple sessions. The ability to identify high-intent prospects and automate personalised outreach at scale, ensuring no lead goes untouched regardless of team size, is one of the most immediate and tangible wins AI is delivering for sales organisations right now.
A session on sales data made the point simply but powerfully: complete, accurate data is the foundation for everything else. AI-powered insights, reliable forecasting, personalised buyer experiences — none of it works without a trusted data layer underneath. Capture and unify your data, gain insights, take action. Simple in principle, transformative in practice.
Revenue operations also featured strongly, with sessions on the Connected Revenue Engine covering territory planning, quota deployment and incentive compensation on a single platform. Giving sellers Day 1 clarity and keeping revenue teams focused on growth rather than admin.
The track closed with a discussion on How to Become an Agentic Enterprise, exploring the practical steps organisations need to take from identifying the right use cases through to implementation, enablement and adoption. A fitting way to end a day that had been building to exactly that question.
Service: Smarter Support, Better Experiences
The Service Summit was grounded and practical, which was exactly the right tone for a topic where organisations are actively navigating the shift from traditional support models to AI-augmented operations.
The keynote, Deliver Connected Service Experiences with Humans and AI Agents, framed the big picture clearly. Agentforce Service is not about replacing human agents, it is about empowering them. Faster resolutions, smarter support across every channel, and the kind of consistent experience that genuinely moves CSAT.
A session on AI service maturity provided one of the most actionable frameworks of the day — a clear roadmap for advancing AI investments, accelerating deployment and measuring business impact at each stage. The key message: organisations do not need to have everything figured out to start. Momentum matters.
One of the more thought-provoking sessions explored the link between employee experience and customer experience. When service teams are waiting days for internal IT or HR answers, that friction directly impacts customer-facing performance. Agentforce is increasingly being deployed internally, delivering instant answers to employees and freeing teams to focus on what matters most.
Voice was another strong theme. With many organisations still relying on outdated IVR systems, Agentforce Voice offers a compelling path forward. It replaces static menus with dynamic, intent-aware conversations that feel on-brand and resolve queries faster.
Field Service featured too, exploring how organisations can progress from initial AI adoption through to genuine maturity, using Visual Remote Assistance, intelligent scheduling and AI agents to improve outcomes for both customers and field teams.
The track closed with an exclusive Agentforce Service product roadmap preview — a first look at the innovations coming next. A strong signal that Salesforce’s investment in this space is only accelerating.
Great Conversations at the iMMERSIVE Stand
Away from the sessions, our stand was one of the best parts of the day. From the moment the doors opened, we were joined by a steady stream of Trailblazers — customers, prospects and familiar faces from across the ecosystem, all eager to talk about where they are in their Salesforce journey and what comes next.
AI was at the centre of almost every conversation. Organisations are no longer asking whether to invest in agentic AI. They are asking how to do it well and how to get there faster. That is exactly where iMMERSIVE adds the most value.
A recurring topic was our Catalyst™ accelerators, our portfolio of pre-configured, industry-specific, AI-ready solutions that make adopting Salesforce and Agentforce dramatically easier, faster and more cost effective. For organisations looking to launch quickly without sacrificing quality or flexibility, Catalyst™ consistently resonated as the smartest starting point.
New connections, meaningful conversations and hands-on problem solving defined the day at our stand. If you stopped by and want to continue the conversation, or if you missed us and want to explore what Catalyst™ could do for your organisation, we would love to hear from you.
Events like Salesforce Summit London are a reminder of the strength of this ecosystem. The energy in the room, the quality of the sessions and the conversations across all three tracks pointed firmly in one direction: the shift to the agentic enterprise is well and truly underway.
A big thank you to Shonagh Woods, Jon Christopher and the wider Salesforce team for bringing together such a brilliant day.
If you want to explore what agentic AI could unlock for your organisation across Sales, Service or Marketing, the iMMERSIVE team would love to continue the conversation.
We will see you at Agentforce World Tour London on 18th June, where iMMERSIVE will be a Headline Innovator Sponsor. We hope to see you there.
