This role is based in our London office (3 days per week), with occasional travel to client sites as required.
Key Responsibilities
Change Management Delivery
- Apply a structured change management methodology (e.g. Prosci) to contribute to and lead some change activities across projects or workstreams simultaneously, across a range of sectors
- Play a key role in supporting medium to large-scale transformation projects
- Own key change management deliverables such as stakeholder analysis, change impact assessments and change readiness assessments
- Contribute to change management planning, working with functional and solutions colleagues to translate client requirements into best-practice, actionable plans and adoption strategies
- Maintain close relationships with functional teams and project managers to ensure collaboration on deliverables, workshops and client delivery
- Collaborate with client counterparts in change, L&D and communications
Communications
- Understand how different personas will be impacted by transformation and create content to mitigate change resistance
- Contribute to communications plans and content
Training
- Support the design, development and delivery of training plans, curriculums and content
- Support with the delivery of some training sessions and workshops to clients
Relationship management
- Build trusted relationships with clients and with internal teams
Practice Development
- Contribute to the development of iMMERSIVE’s Change Management offerings (toolkits, delivery pillars and ideation sessions)
Qualifications & Experience
Essential
- Recognised change management certification (e.g. APMG, Prosci)
- 4-6 years’ hands-on experience managing the “people side of change” in a client-facing environment
- Able to produce high-quality content with minimal direction
Desirable
- Agile project methodology experience
- Experience with Salesforce implementations

- Delivery – Takes end-to-end ownership of change deliverables. Demonstrates high-quality change analysis and documentation. Actively applies learning from previous engagements to improve the project outcome
